I had the most amazing pinned bouncy curly blow dry done by Pam for my graduation! She was incredibly professional and the finished look was absolutely beautiful. She was so kind to fit me in very late just before closing, which I truly appreciated. The results were amazing and lasted a full two days with no complaints at all. Thank you so much, Pam! Just wanted to say a big thank you to Sophie for making our son experience a positive one! We normally go somewhere else but we happens to be shopping in lakeside when we though why not get our sons hair done somewhere new.. and so pleased we did! Sophie was so welcoming came and answered any questions I had, wasn’t pushy at all! There was a waiting time which shows how good they are and then when we took our son there she was just amazing! Chatting away to him, asking about what his favourite pokemon was he soon felt so comfortable and she even managed to use the clippers which is the bit he hates without a whimper! You really are not only a good hairdresser you also have such a lovely way and vibe about you making everyone feel at ease! Thanks again and will make sure we come back to you when we ever go into lakeside! Thanks again! X

I booked an appointment about a week in advance as my hair had not been cut since before lock down started and have not had my hair coloured in a salon in years. My hair had grown so long and I had so may grey hairs growing. I did my patch test and they tested how my hair would react to the bleach, as I wanted highlights. I have really dark hair and wanted to have a bit of tone to my hair. We discuss possible colours that may come out and options. My appointment was at 10.30 as they told me I would have to come in early. I understand why they wanted that now. They spent the whole day on my hair and spent so much time and care to get it right. I had highlights and colour put on my roots to cover the greys. I also cut a good 4 to 6 inches off my hair with layers and feathers. I could not fault anything. I felt so special and well taken care of. I am definitely going back.
